If your watch still has remaining international manufacturer's warranty, two options are available to you. We recommend processing through us for full insurance coverage.
Your options:
- Through Uhrinstinkt — Send the watch in for repair via our insured service.
- On site — Visit an authorised dealer near you.
Scope & exclusions
General warranty conditions
Our warranty follows the standards of the respective manufacturer's warranty and exclusively covers mechanical faults and manufacturing defects that have arisen through no fault of your own.
Not covered are:
- Normal wear and tear, for instance on the bracelet
- Damage from accidents, improper handling or external influences
- Water damage from improper use
- Theft or loss
- Modifications using non-original components
